Either way they can still be the perfect excuse to gather up your friends for the afternoon.
If you decide to hold your own tea party it might seem a bit overwhelming to begin with, but actually an afternoon tea party is one of the simpler types of ‘parties’ that you could hold. All you need is a little bit of equipment and planning ahead of time. Once you have all of the equipment you need and have prepared (or bought) the food there is very little hosting needed.
