Creme Brûlée & Toffifee Cake
This textured beauty was 6 layers high of vanilla cake filled with alternating layers of custard pastry cream and hazelnut caramel filling. All wrapped up in a silky milk chocolate buttercream. All these elements were based off the clients favourite treats: creme brûlée and toffifee. It was such a romantic textured buttercream vibes.
