8. Blue Artful Cake
This couple had an intimate wedding of only 35 people, but they wanted an artful cake capturing their love of burlesque, vaudeville, French posters and sexy tones. The result is this blue beauty. thebutterend recreated the Folies Bergère dancer by hand painting her in a combination of royal icing and gel color. The fine sugar leaves and grapes were created in gumpaste.
